Aurangabad College of Engineering (ACE) is established in the year 2010, affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwad University; Approved by AICTE, and recognized by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State. ACE is also a program member of Microsoft IT Academy.

ACE is situated in a very calm and quiet atmosphere, on the outskirts of the city of Aurangabad. The environment is fresh and lonely enabling students to concentrate on their studies.

Facilities

ACE extends teaching-learning activities beyond the classrooms in the form of sub-group discussions, seminars, symposia, and visits to industries. A great deal of emphasis is laid on meditated learning through interactive sessions with gadgets like Overhead Projectors, Slide Projectors, and other such audio-visual aids.

Library:

The very well-stocked library houses various books, journals, research papers, publications, magazines, and periodicals that can be used by all students and faculty.

Computer Lab:

It provides the student access to various software development and networking tools and servers set up to encourage students to implement what they learn.

Sports Facilities:

To cater to the needs of students' physical development, various activities at regular intervals were arranged. Students enjoyed the sports and athletics during the Annual Sports meet. They participated in many indoor and outdoor events like cricket, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, chess, running, the high jump, the long jump, etc. This was a great experience for the students and helped many of them to carve out their personalities. The Institute aims at developing sportsmanship spirit amongst the students through such activities.

Admission

Admissions to the courses are centralized as per directions from the Directorate of Technical Education. For admission to the B.Tech program, candidates need to qualify for JEE Mains.

Lateral entry admissions can be taken by students who have completed a 3-year diploma from any AICTE-approved institution.

Placements

The Aurangabad College of Engineering has a Placement Committee and a Training & Placement Department whose aim is to prepare students for the corporate world.
